Listing is for a Batman 1966 Robin Cermaic Bank Set of 2 Lego Japan
Boxed.
From 1966, pair of ceramic banks. Made in Japan by Lego. Batman measures
approximately 6 3/4" tall - while Robin is slightly smaller at about 6
1/2". While Batman is fairly common, it is difficult to find in nice shape
as the natural construction causes the paint to flake off. Robin is much
scarcer to locate. And good luck finding the set in the original Japan
catalog boxes! The boxes were usually used just for transport to the
retailer and most were thrown away by the retailer before making the banks
available to the public.
